I. Eligible Participants

This activity is open to international independent travelers who meet all of the following conditions:

1. Enter Taiwan on a passport other than a Republic of China (Taiwan) passport.
2. Stay in Taiwan for a period of 3 to 90 days during this visit.
3. Are not members of a travel agency tour group and are not participating in any other group subsidy program applied for by a travel agency.
4. Complete the activity registration 7 to 90 days before arriving in Taiwan.

II. Registration Period and Method

1. Travelers must complete registration on the activity website 7 to 90 days before arriving in Taiwan.
2. The registration information must exactly match the traveler’s passport information, including name, nationality, passport number, arrival date and flight information, departure date, and email address.
3. Participants are divided into two categories:
   1. Repeat Visitor：
      To qualify as a Repeat Visitor, the traveler must have a valid record of entry into Taiwan between January 1, 2023, and the day before registration. Each Repeat Visitor may register only one accompanying Friend/Relative.
   2. Accompanying Friend/Relative：
      A traveler who has not visited Taiwan between January 1, 2023, and the day before their arrival for this visit.

III. Registration Restrictions

1. Each trip may be registered only once. Duplicate registrations are not permitted.
2. If the registration information is entered incorrectly, each registration may be modified up to three times.
3. Travelers shall be solely responsible for any incorrect registration information that affects their eligibility to win or redeem a prize.
4. The unauthorized use or misappropriation of another person’s information is strictly prohibited. Violators shall bear all relevant legal liability.

IV. Lucky Draw and Verification Mechanism

1. This activity adopts a rolling cumulative Lucky Draw mechanism from 10/1/2026 to March 24, 2027. Lucky Draws will be held every Wednesday at 12:00 noon.
2. Lucky Draw Rules：
   1. Travelers who have successfully registered will be eligible for each weekly Lucky Draw before their arrival in Taiwan.
   2. Each registration may win only once.
   3. The Lucky Draw result for the Accompanying Friend/Relative will be the same as that of the Repeat Visitor.
3. Winner Notification：
   The system will send the results by email. The winner notification link will remain valid for 90 days from the date the email is sent.
4. Post-arrival Verification：
   Winning travelers must complete verification within 24 hours after entering Taiwan by clicking the link in the winner notification email and uploading an image of their return flight ticket. After the system confirms the information, a prize redemption QR Code will be issued. The same verification procedure applies to the Accompanying Friend/Relative.
5. Final Verification Deadline：
   Verification must be completed by 23:59 on April 1, 2027.

V. Prizes and Redemption Method

1. Prize Amounts：
   1. Repeat Visitor: NT$5,000 spending credit.
   2. Accompanying Friend/Relative: NT$3,000 spending credit.
2. Redemption Method：
   Within 24 hours after completing verification, winners may claim their spending credit by presenting the prize redemption QR Code and their passport at designated redemption locations across Taiwan. The same redemption method applies to the Accompanying Friend/Relative.
3. Final Redemption Deadline：
   Prizes must be redeemed by 23:59 on April 2, 2027.
4. Form of Spending Credit：
   The spending credit will be issued in the form of an electronic stored-value card, such as EasyCard, iPASS, or icash, or in another form announced by the organizer.
5. Electronic Stored-Value Card Rules：
   1. Winners may add value to an existing card or purchase a new card.
   2. Repeat Visitors and Accompanying Friends/Relatives must each use their own card. Cards may not be shared.
   3. The maximum stored-value limit for a single card is NT$10,000.

VI. Important Notes

1. All times for this activity are based on Taiwan Time (UTC+8).
2. This activity is subject to a quota limit and will run until March 31, 2027, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. The final registration deadline is March 24, 2027.
3. Travelers must complete the registration, Lucky Draw, verification, and prize redemption procedures in accordance with the relevant rules to protect their rights and interests.
4. Any matters not specified herein shall be subject to the announcements on the official website.
5. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the content of the activity and to make the final interpretation of these rules.
