- Purpose and Categories for Personal Data Collection Your personal data are collected for event notifications, registration verification, and internal management purposes. The categories of personal data include: name, passport number, nationality, planned arrival and departure dates and flights, email address, and any other information that may directly or indirectly identify you.
- Period, Region, and Recipients of Data Use Your personal data, unless required for international operations or events, will be used only within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and within the necessary and reasonable scope for the stated purposes, until such purposes cease to exist.
- Rights of the Data Subject In accordance with Article 3 of the PDPA and Articles 16–20 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request this Service to access, review, obtain copies of, supplement, correct, suspend collection/processing/use of, or delete your personal data.
- Consequences of Refusing to Provide Personal Data If you choose not to provide or fail to provide accurate personal data, or if you request to suspend or delete your data, this Service may be unable to provide the related services for which such data are required.

- I understand that this consent form complies with the PDPA and relevant regulations, and I agree that it may be retained by the Taiwan Tourism Administration for recordkeeping and verification purposes.
