Prize Draw and Redemption

1. Eligibility and Event Period:
   1. The “Thank You Season” campaign is open to travelers who previously registered for the “Taiwan the Lucky Land” program and have actually entered Taiwan.
   2. Travelers must complete registration on the official “Thank You Season Campaign” website to be eligible for the monthly draw.
   3. Registered participants who do not win in the current month’s draw will automatically be entered into the following month’s draw.
   4. The lucky draw will run from November 12, 2025, to 12:00 PM on January 30, 2026(GMT+8).
   5. Draw dates and prize redemption deadlines are as follows:
      1. First Draw: Last week of November 2025; redemption deadline: February 28, 2026.
      2. Second Draw: Last week of December 2025; redemption deadline: March 31, 2026.
      3. Third Draw: Last week of January 2026; redemption deadline: April 30, 2026.
   6. Prize redemption hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+8).
2. Checking Winning Results:
   1. After registration, travelers may check their registration and winning information through the designated online portal.
   2. Winners will automatically receive a notification email on the draw date.
3. Prize Redemption Reservation (Before Arrival):
   1. Upon receiving the winning notification email, winners must use the exclusive link provided to schedule their prize redemption appointment, entering their expected arrival time, flight information, and chosen redemption location.
4. Prize Collection and Identity Verification (Upon Arrival):
   1. Upon arrival in Taiwan, winners must visit the designated Tourist Service Center at one of the five major airports on their scheduled date to claim the prize.
   2. Winners are required to present the QR code included in their winning notification email, along with their passport and relevant travel documents, including passport, e-ticket and boarding pass, for verification.
   3. If your passport has been renewed since registration, please bring your original registered passport or other supporting documents.
   4. Prizes are awarded according to the announcement by the Taiwan Tourism Administration and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
5. Important Notes:
   1. Flight tickets and hotel vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed and used by the winner personally by the winner, in accordance with the terms of the prize provider.
   2. Winners must enter Taiwan and complete the redemption process within the designated deadline; late claims will not be accepted.
   3. Prizes cannot be claimed without valid documentation or without a prior redemption reservation.
   4. For flight ticket or hotel voucher usage, please contact the respective airline or hotel directly for booking arrangements.
